要不要attach 我和弟弟的關係. 按照I-130 的instruction 

-You need to provide the copies of both your birth certificate and your brother's birth certificate to prove the sibling relationship (i.e., both of you have the same parents in the birth certificates).

要提供我們倆的出生證明. 我們都以前都沒有的，如何證明.

-Your birth certificate was required when you applied for your green card, right? How did you get your green card if you did not provide your birth certificate?

Your brother may ask 國內當地派出所出個證明，然後去公證處作個公證。
