請教8老師，父母在國內申請綠卡， 最近130已批， 我在準備DS-260材料。請問父母的無犯罪公證是什麽時候需要, 是提交DS-260時要呢 還是去廣州麵試的時候需要。 

-Upload the copy to NVC and bring the original to the intertview. By the way, this document is valid only for one year. If it was issued for more than one year when the interview takes place, your parents need to get the new one and bring it with them to the interview.

另外， 現在130批準後大概還需要多久才能去廣州麵試？
