現在是美國綠卡，準備入籍，換護照。因為還有家人在國內，換了護照後，沒有了國內的身份證件，

請問：

1）要準備哪些文件材料來證明 持美國護照的這個人就是原來的那個中國人，比如： 美國護照上的英文名字

A Chen,   原來中國名字 M Chen。 姓沒變，名字改了。 如何 證明A Chen  就是 M Chen，  這個 A Chen 跟國內家人 的 親屬 關係 （ 父母子女關係 ）。  

-If you change your name when you take the oath to become a US citizen, you may ask the judge who signes the paperwork for you rname change to issue you the name change certificate. If you change your name in the local court, ask the judge in the court to issue your name change certificate. Provide your name change certificate and your birth certificate to prove your relationship with your parents.

2）如何辦理這些文件材料？  去哪裏辦？

3）在入籍前要準備任何相關文件嗎？ 

-You need to provide the copy of your driver license and the copy of your green card. But If you change your name before you apply for the US citizenship, you also need to providde the name change certificate.
