USCIS requested

1. legible photo copy of personal, biographical pages of your passport: 就是有照片那頁，對嗎？

-Correct.

2. visa which you last entered the US,  TD 沒有visa page，所以這個可以沒有，對嗎？

-Right. Explain it in the response letter that you got the TD status (I-94) at the port of entry and have no visa.

3. the latest US admission stamp   上次進入的stamp，上麵有寫TD和exp date，這個包含了要求2&3，對嗎？

-Yes. Provide the copy of the stamp and the copies of all I-94s.

4. 因為指紋not satisfactory for use by the FBI, you must submit a police clearance certificate for each jurisdiction (city, town, county or municipality). 

過去五年都是同一個地址，所以隻需要去city police就可以，不用state level是嗎？

-Fine.

這個certificate不需要notarized，對嗎？

-Right, not need.

TD renewal 是通過律師做的，USCIS的信是直接寄到家裏地址，可以自己直接回複USCIS with required documents 嗎？

-Yes.

還是必須通過原來的律師？或者可以另外找律師？原來的律師是公司renew TN的，收費非常昂貴。
