哥和嫂現在國內，我想給他倆辦FP-4 移民。兩人有一女兒持F-1簽證在美國讀本科。

我想確認是不是I-130表的受益人就隻填我哥和我嫂。不要包括他女兒，因為肯定到時超齡了。

-Only your brother is the beneficiary. But you need to list his wife and his daughter in the Family menbers part of the I-130. Then, his wife can be as his derivative to apply for the immigrant visa together with him in the future. As you mentioned, his daughter is age-out and cannot get the immigrant benefits with him.

在遞交了哥嫂兩人I-130表後，如果今後兩年他們的女兒短期回國，再反簽F-1 簽證回美， 會不會增加被拒的可能性？

-No. Your I-130 is irrelevant to his daughter. She is not considered to have immigrant intent (i.e., nobody sponsored her immigration yet) and thus, she does not need to mention the I-130 when she applies for the F-1 visa.
