NVC要的國內無犯罪記錄，公證處說要本人去才能做公證，請問能否自己翻譯，再要求派出所在翻譯件上蓋章？這樣行嗎？
-If the beneficiary is present in China, he/she may just go to the 公證處 to do it. If you want ot do the translation, not to do the 公證, I am not sure whether the US Consulate accept the translation version or not (you may contact the US Consulate). If the US Consulate accept both the translation version and the original document, you need to ask someone such as your friend who knows both Chinese and English to do it for you following the USCIS requirments including the certification statement by the translator. -Probably you may have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent, depends on how lucky you are. It is risky, anyway.
