本人是加拿大國籍的護士（中國出生），隨愛人在美國居住，目前TD visa， 馬上要轉H4，有visa screen 和護士執照，可以工作。正在糾結：

1. 是馬上找工作也走H1B-綠卡路線？

還是

2。等著換成H4，再申請EAD後，再找工作後直接 換 綠卡？有這種可能嗎？會快一點？但是那H4後到EAD之間又要等多長呢？

3. 還有其他路徑嗎？

-If you plan to get the green card as your spouse's derivative, then your spouse can ask his employer to sponsor him and you do not need to do anything. If you want to apply for the green card by yourself (i.e. you are the principal applicant), then you need to find an employer to sponsor you using EB3 category as a registered nurse. You may need to work for th eemployer first as H-1 holder or using H4 EAD, depends on which one you are qualified for.

It is hard to say how long to take for the entire process because we do not know the specific situation you will have.
