1. 我給姐姐申請綠卡， 130批準， 現在已經轉到NVC， 也已經拿到NVC case #。現在在等待中間， 我（美國地址）和姐姐（中國地址）的地址都已經變了， 請問咋樣通知NVC。 我沒有在NVC上找到改地址的form， 好像隻有一個public inqurey 改地址， 當時file 130 的時候也沒有填寫Email 地址， 現在都需要update。 那麽就是下麵這個網站update 就可？ 謝謝

2.  大概還有三年我姐姐到priority date current， 那麽到時需要填寫sponsorship form I-864, 我不上班， 不知道需要我提供paystub， 公司employment letter這些東西怎麽辦？ 當然每年稅表我有， 聯合報稅收入也不低， 不知道這樣的tax transcript 就夠了， 還是我一定需要有工作 提供paystub 等等？

-If you do not have a job, you need to have enough money (deposits, stock, etc.) and this is five times of the 125% of Federal poverty guidelines). If may also use your spouse's income for support of I-864.

3. 現在case 轉到NVC center， 那我姐姐就是applicant ， 我是petitioner， 我姐姐不再叫beneficary， 對嗎？

-She is the beneficiary for I-130 and the applicant of the visa application.

4. 現在等待期間， 我需要在NVC的網站上建立account嗎？

-You can create an account now, but you cannot upload the documents until NVC send you the instructions to pay the fee.

還是等到收到NVC通知了， 再建立賬號？
