 8老師， 我給姐姐申請綠卡， I-130 在2014年已經批準了，我也拿到收據了。 priority date 是2010年， 目前F4類排到2007年。

 如果排期快到了， 是應該給我petitioner 還是我姐姐beneficiary 發信通知？ 還是不需要uscis的信， 直接看網上排期到了， 就filing I-485表？

-If your sister and her family members are physically present in US when the priority date is current, they just file I-485 (i.e., 直接看網上排期到了， 就filing I-485).

If they are present in China and you indicated in the I-130 that they will apply for the immigrant visa in China, NVC will contact you and send you the instructions for the required documents. You just need to follow the NVC instrcutions to do what they ask.
