請問8老師，對於親生母親，親生父親已故，並沒有別的婚史的情況下，除了本人和母親的出生公證，還需要父親的死亡公證以及父母的結婚證公證麽？

如果要，是I-130還是I-485需要？

我自己研究了I-130的Instruction，親生母親隻說了需要本人的出生公證證明是親生母親；I-485的Instruction裏隻提到如果是副申請人，要婚姻證明。有些別的網站也是有些說要父親死亡公證，但沒提婚姻證明。也有另一些網站連死亡公證都沒提。請8老師解惑。
