請教8老師，在幫我父親辦理移民申請，請問申請人的地址，是填他中國的地址，還是填我美國的地址？他是申請人，我是petitioner, 但我擔心萬一信件寄到中國會不會丟失？但實際上他現在人在中國，多謝8老師的寶貴時間

-You can use your address as his mailing address. Put your name in Item 2.a. In Care Of Name of Part 2 and then, fill your address in 2.b. - 2.i. (leave some item blank which does not apply to your address such as 2.g. Province, 2.f. Postal code).

Do the same way for the other application forms if the communication comes from US to your father.
