父母移民130表交了7個月了，除了收到receipt confirmation, the case is being actively reviewed, 其它沒有任何消息。 父母人在國內,應該會去廣州簽證。請教8老師，現在大概要多久才批130？我需要去USCIS催一下嗎？ 坐標德州.

-It takes 6 months to one year for the I-130 approval, case by case. So, you may just wait.
