我2018年給哥哥遞交了移民申請，但是感覺等排期都等絕望了，都停在2007年很長時間了。
我之前已經給我的媽媽辦好了綠卡。她現在和我一起住。不知道可不可以以我媽媽的名義給我哥哥申請綠卡。
