綠卡更新已經半年前遞交的，除了收到移民局的一封常規回執信，現在還沒有收到新卡，現在更新綠卡通常需要多長時間？

在等待新卡期間能否申請公民？

-Yes. Provide the copy of the expired green card and the I-90 receipt.

申請公民自己就可以辦還是需要請律師？
