是這樣的，我已經拿到綠卡四年，現在入境美國定居一年多，當時為配偶申請了Follow to join, 前三年我每年都給廣州領館寫信，也得到回信，不過今年開始（第四年）收到信說找不到我的case，我就懷疑是否隻給保留Follow to join身份 三年，按8老師您說的，

-If your spouse enters US, he can file I-485 within US and thus, you don't need to file I-824. But the problem is that because your spouse filed DS 260 before, it is very difficult for him to enter US using B2 visa due to immigtant intent.

My suggestion to you is that you had better file I-824 now for him to apply for the immigrant visa in China using following to join. The entire process may take one to two years.
