親戚孩子9歲有旅遊簽證，想來美國可行嗎？需要我們去中國帶過來嗎？

-The kid cannot travel by him/herself. If you go to China to bring him/her, the kid's parents need to provide a letter/statement that they agree you to bring their kid to visit US. See these links for the related information:
