這樣理解對嗎：

１. ５／１ 畢業， 畢業以後三個月之內叫畢業實習 （OPT）

２. 8/1之前要申請畢業實習延長 （EAD）
計劃 ８／１幾周前 (7/15) 申請

-Not correct. Please read the links I cited for you carefully. USCIS must receive your OPT application before July 1 within 60 days after you graduate, i.e., before your 60-day F-1 grace period ends. So, you had better ask your International Student Office to extend your I-20 for OPT (i.e., request OPT for you in SEVIS) before June 10 so that you can send the OPT EAD application out no later than June 15 (you need to leave ABOUT TWO WEEKS for USCIS to receive your application and put the information into the system).

Then, you need to find  a job related to OPT within 90 days from the date your OPT EAD is approved. This job can be full-time, part-time or volunteer.

I have to say it is very serious issue and you cannot make a mistake. 

3. 移民局大概要2-3個月時間批準 “畢業實習延長”申請。
假設10/1 批準

4. “畢業實習延長”申請批準三個月之內 （也就是2/1/2023之前） 要找到工作。 
這個工作可以是， 全職， 半職， 或者是不付工錢的 義務工

5. 公司在3/18/2023幫員工遞交工作簽證 （H1B) 抽簽. 名額6萬5千
3月底出結果
如果是半職 或義務工，估計公司不會給申請工作簽證

6. 然後還有第二次抽簽， 名額2萬

7. 5/1/2023 一年的畢業實習結束
如果還沒找到工作， 或者找到工作但沒抽到簽， 就沒有身份了。 

8. 唯一的辦法是在回到學校拿I-20，保持身份
