父母還在國內， 準備在國內開一個委托公證， 如何寫這個委托公證？因為現在不清楚可能缺什麽材料。想寫得具體些但是怕漏掉啥， 如果寫得泛泛一些擔心公證處不認可。
另外一個想法，人在美國，缺什麽材料，到領事館辦委托公證，再郵寄回去。
-Dont' think you need to do the 委托公證 for the immigrant documents becuase this kind of documents is just used as verification of the fact only such as marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. If you need, just ask your relative or friend in China to go to the related organization/unit such as 派出所出個證明 and then to do the 公證.
