SWA的廣告有幾個地方律師的說法和SWA的工作人員有區別。
1. Job catigory: SWA說要選擇Foreign Labor Certification, 律師沒有選任何選項 -It is fine not to choose it.
2. Display salary： SWA說要選擇Yes， 律師選擇No。-DOL does not require the employer to display the salary on the advertisement for PERM. So, it is fine to choose "No".
3. Is this a mandatory job order being filed in connection with an application to the Department of Labor to employ a foreign worker to work permanently in the United States? SWA說要選擇Yes， 律師選擇Not Specified
-The lawyer is smart to choose "Not specific" because if the advertisement is specific for recruiting a foreigner, DOL may not approve your PERM. Only if the employer is unable to find a US citizen or green card holder for the job, then he can hire a foreigner.
Overall, I don't see a problem for what the lawyer did based on your description here.
