The applicant just needs to do one biometrics for 485，765,

and 131. Of course USCIS can rightfully or mistakenly ask him to do it again for 131 or 485 or 765.  I have seen an applicant who received biometrics appointment for 485 and 765, and later another one for 131. However after the first biometrics， 131 was updated to being in process.
