-The I-90 Receipt Notice should state that the green card automatically extends for another year from the green card expiration date. So, just read the receipt notice to see whether this statement is there. 

這期間各公司會不會認為孩子身份有問題呢？-See above answer. Then, present the expired green card and the receipt notice to prove your kid's permanent resident status.
