Thanks, Teacher 8. Actually I meant I filed the petition in 2013 and we got the I-797 notice in July 2021 (https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/619531.html).

Do I still wait for NVC to contact me in a few years then I can update his address in China? 

-Yes, you do not need to do anything. Your brother just needs to put his new address in his immigrant visa application form (i.e., DS260) at that time. That is all.
