我打算近期幫媽媽申請移民了，媽媽在國內， 請問除了填130表格，除了我的出生公證複印件，還需要提交父母結婚證書嗎？
-No for the I-130, but it will be required later. The copies of your birth certificate and your US citizenship certificate or US passport are required for I-130 filing.
如果父親月經不在了，還需要嗎？
-Yes and also provide your father's death certificate and your mother's birth certificate later when NVC ask you to provide these documents.
我們這邊的3年稅單需要申請時候提交嗎
-No for the I-130, but it will be required later. The copies of your tax return and W2 of 2021, and your employment verification letter from your employer are required later. The tax returns and W2 of 2020 and 2019 are optional.
After USCIS approve your I-130, then they will forward the approved I-130 to National Visa Center (NVC). Then, NVC will send you the instruction and ask you to provide the documents mentioned above.
