尊敬的8老師，

我是美國公民，去年成功邦助我妹妹和她女兒移民來美。我妹和她女兒是去年7 月到了美國。我妹去年11月已經收到綠卡，但是我妹的女兒（現是大學碩士生）到現在還沒收到綠卡。不久前email 給移民局詢問，說2 月2 日前會給予回複。至今沒有消息。請問現在應該怎麽辦？

-Make sure you have paid the immigrant fee for her asd you did for your sister. She is supposed to receive the green card within 90 days after she entered US or after you paid the immgrant fee for her, whichever is later. She may continue to contact  The National Customer Service Center (“NCSC”) of USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.

If necessary, call USCIS to make an appointment with the local USCIS Field Office.
