8老師我妹妹是是一月16號用移民簽證進入美國的，現在已經收到社安號卡。請問8老師

1. 她什麽時候會收到綠卡?需要等大概多長時間？

-Did you pay the immigrant fee for her yet? If yes, she will receive the plastic card within 90 days. If no, you need to pay the immgrant fee for her. see this link for immigrant fee and how to pay it:

2. 她入境的時候，她護照上蓋有邊檢的章。她是否在收到綠卡前可以開始合法工作?-Yes. Show the employer the endorsed immigrant visa stamp to work.

3.她是否需要申請工卡 EAD才能工作?-Not need. 

如果需要申請工卡，怎麽申請呢？
