我現在依靠孩子搞親屬移民，I-864W表instruction裏說“You have earned or can receive credit for 40 quarters of coverage..."，這個"You"應該是指我在美國工作超過40個quarters而不應該是指的我孩子吧？
-Correct. That means if you have worked in US for 40 quarters (10 years), your kid does not need to file I-864. i.e. you can file I-864W for waiver of the I-864.
