回複：請教一個F1問題。得到I-20申請F1，又有了另外一I-20

I-20 now (since fall 2003) is SEVIS controlled. Even if you find a better school, they can't issue you I-20 unless you resolved the current I-20 in the SEVIS system. It's no longer the era (before 2002) that one person can have several I-20s.
