我表姐自己申請的Eb1a，目前材料已經被NVC   轉到廣州領事館了。但是由於她當初DS260上的信箱好久沒用了，被係統收回了，所以她無法收到P4 信。聯係美國領事館，領事館說隻認DS260上的郵箱，聯係NVC又被告之已不歸其管轄了，簡直就是死循環。請問這種情況應該怎麽辦？我表姐都急壞了，我就想起萬能的8老師了。

-Is she able to login to her NVC account? If yes, just go there to update (change) her email address in the NVC account. Then, contact the US Consulate or NVC using the new email address. See the following link for how to update email address in NVC:

Another choice is to reactivate her old email account (contact the orignal email company, if necessary). For example, yahoo email account can be reactivated following the instructions at this website:

You/she can google to find the instructions for the other email accounts such as gmail, hotmail
