我表姐自己申請的Eb1a，目前材料已經被NVC 轉到廣州領事館了。但是由於她當初DS260上的信箱好久沒用了，被係統收回了，所以她無法收到P4 信。聯係美國領事館，領事館說隻認DS260上的郵箱，聯係NVC又被告之已不歸其管轄了，簡直就是死循環。請問這種情況應該怎麽辦？我表姐都急壞了，我就想起萬能的8老師了。
