我孩子為我填寫I-864EZ的時候，隻有近3年的W-2 copy，請問還需要1099嗎。
-Yes. Provide all the income proof. Provide the copy of the 2020 tax return if your kid files I-864EZ (or I-864) in 2021, and optional teh copies of 2019 and 2018 tax return. If your kid does not keep the tax returns, he/she can print oout the tax transcripts at IRS website and provide the transcripts with I-864EZ filing:

另外三年繳納的聯邦稅在哪裏查，
