關於是否需要付Biometrics 費的建議

在申請任何移民benefits不確定是否需要付或再付Biometrics 費時，最好是issue the biometrics fee in a separate check or MO with the application.  這様的話，如果不需付費，USCIS會return the check but retain the application package for processing. 否則USCIS會return the entire package for incorrect filing fee.
