我在2018年2月同時遞交eb1+485+EAD+AP ，7月遞交了NIW，當年3月去移民局做過biometrics。2019年初eb1被拒，NIW 獲批。2019年11月到移民局 485麵試，一個月後收到拒信，原因是我在2019年夏天離境，算是自動放棄了485 。

今年9月下旬我根據NIW排期遞交了485+EAD+AP，隻寄出了一張$1140的支票，但是支票開錯在一個餘額不足的戶頭上（但是銀行未顯示有overdraft or returned check的信息，不知移民局到底有否去兌現支票）, 兩周後收到移民局退回的485 package, 說支票有錯（金額錯誤或餘額不足），但是EAD和AP都收到了receipt。

10月初我再次用priority mail寄出了485申請，支票寫的還是$1140, 我沒有再寫一張$85的biometrics 支票，因為我2018年3月已經做過biometrics了，今早查USCIS我的account, 看到我的EAD申請在10月21日已經被updated with biometrics info, 說明我的biometrics已經在係統中。

-You need to pay the biometrics fee of $85 when you file a new I-485 even if your biometrics was in USCIS system.

但是一個月過去了，我沒有收到任何移民局通知或退回的申請，支票也一直未被兌現。我在郵局寄出485的priority mail的收據已丟失無法查詢，但是被寄丟的概率很小很小吧？

請教我該怎麽辦呢？再寄出一份帶有$1140和$85的兩張支票的485申請？

-I am sure that USCIS will reject your I-485 again (i.e. return your application materials to you as they did last time) becuase your payment amount of the check is not correct. You need to pay the I-485 filing fee and the biometrics fee together, i.e. issue a check of $1,225 (i.e. $1140 + $85) with the I-485 filing.

You had better wait for USCIS send your I-485 packet back to you (i.e, reject your case), then you can issue a new check of $1,225 and send the rejected I-485 packet back to USCIS with the check.
