請教8老師，媽媽的鑒證問題

8老師好， 現在有2個問題想谘詢下

1。媽媽10年前來過美國至少4，5次，現在簽證過期了， 請問我們要美國這邊重新申請嗎？ 我媽還要去大使館麵簽嗎？ 

2.   我想幫媽辦移民，她來美國後再轉身份，需要哪些準備哪些文件
