我愛人H1B第六年明年4月底過期，她公司在給她辦PERM，還在等待PWD，估計在明年四
月肯定沒法等到PERM和I140批準，單位建議她明年4月回國等待，請教如下問題
1）如果明年4月她回國過幾個月之後PERM和140通過，她公司可以繼續renew她原來的
H1B嗎？還是需要重新抽簽？

-If she leaves US before her 6-year H1 ends (e.g., she leaves US in March, had better one month before the deadline), she can renew it using the one-year PERM or approved I-140 to extend the H-1 beyond the 6-year limit, not need a new H-1 quote.
2）如果H1B可以renew，那她是否可以立刻申請H1 VISA來回來工作，還是需要等滿一年。-She can get the H-1 visa to come back immediately after the H-1 extension petition is approved.
3）這種情況，有沒有可能在4月之後不需要回國在這裏等待PERM和140,我是H1B，I140已經批
準,但是排期沒有current

-Yes, she can apply for change of status to H-4 to stay in US, but the H4 application takes time to be approved, so she needs to do it at least 6 months earlier. If the H-4 application is still pending in March 2022, she needs to leave US. Otherwise, she cannot turn back to H-1 unless she leave US and stay outside US for at least one year to get a new H-1 quote.
