8老師，您好！

公司給OFFER時注明給辦綠卡，但寫明綠卡拿到三年內不得離開，否則退還全部費用。我19年6月拿到綠卡，且總共在這個公司工作了近6年（到今年12月）。現在有好機會，我可以離開嗎？有人說公司的OFFER不合法，但我簽了字。我必須明年6月後才可離開嗎？謝謝！
