我今天將寄出485, 131, 765， 如果我12月底還沒有收到Advance Parole的話，離境回中國會使得485被廢止嗎？

-Yes unless your current status is H1/H4 or L1/L2. If your current status is H1/H4 or L1/L2, then you can apply for H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to come back and your I-485 will not be affected. Otherwise, you cannot leave US before the AP  application is approved.

若請人將AP郵寄回中國，我還能拿AP入境嗎？-No.

我可以在i-131上填寫中國地址，讓USCIS將AP寄回國嗎？-No.

我可以在12月初回國前申請加急的Advance Parole嗎？-No. No 加急 available for advance parole.
