-Yes.

失去工作後，拿現有的EAD可以給任何雇主工作嗎？

-Yes, but if you lose job before your I-485 pending is > 180 days, your I-485 might have a problem if USCID find out you is not employed during this period of time. Also, you need to work in the same/similar field if you find another job.
