我現在是H4身份, 遞交了I485，我能離開美國回加拿大嗎？

-Yes.

需要申請AP嗎？

-Not have to.

另外，兒子也是H4身份，在加拿大上大學，現在申請了到美實習工作(四個月internship)，他能申請J-1簽證嗎？

-Yes. Make sure with the visa officer that it is not subjected to the 2-year home residency requirement rule due to short internship period before he gets the visa to enter US.

有沒有別的choices?

-No.
