我父母6月底在廣州麵試已通過，我7月2號上網交了綠卡費（uscis immigration fee)， 繳費時網站說120天內會收到綠卡。

現在問題是，綠卡會寄到父母在中國的家嗎？

還是我在美國的家？

-Did you put your address on DS 260 as the one your parents expect to live after they enter US? If yes, then the green card will be sent to your address.

繳費時網站上並沒有問地址之類的。

他們的移民簽證上說是12月中旬到期，他們必須在那之前到美國。但是如果綠卡是寄給他們在中國的家的話，得到11月份才收到，那時間就會很緊（還要買機票之類的）。他們入境時需要憑綠卡還是簽證？

-USCIS will not issue the 10-year plastic green card to them until they enter US using the immigrant visa.
