中國戶口，旅行證被剪角作廢。三周後媽媽返回美國，孩子因疫情留中國至今。如果孩子爸爸或爺爺奶奶一人（都持美國護照）去中國接孩子回美國，（媽媽身體狀況不允許旅行），出中國海關需要什麽手續？（孩子持有美國護照，但去中國旅程時未用）。

-Who cut the 旅行證 to make it void? Normally your kid can use the 旅行證 and the US passport to travel back to US. But becuase the 旅行證 is void, I don't know whether your kid still can use it to get out of China. You may ask the local 市或縣公安部門 to see what they suggest.

1）爸爸或爺爺奶奶，除本人護照簽證外，需要什麽文件？

-If the father accompanies the kid to travel back to US, he just needs the kid's birth certificate. If the grandparent accompanies the kid to travel, then both parents need to write a statement/letter addressing that they agree the grandparent to accompany their child to US.

2）孩子，除美國護照外（入中國時未出示），需要什麽文件？

-Normally the child needs to show both 旅行證 and US passport to get out of China and his/her US passport to enter US. But I don't know whether this void 旅行證 still work for it. That is why I suggest you to consult the local 市或縣公安部門 who deal with the departure out of China.
