請問8老師，太太公民，替先生一月遞交綠卡申請。今天收到移民局來信，認為太太作為擔保人收入沒有超過低收入的125%，（太太家庭主婦，主要家庭財務來自於先生，太太月收入4500左右）。現要求重新遞交太太的過去12個月的銀行結單，或其他資產證明，亦或找其他具有資格的擔保人。之前已經全部遞交了房產、銀行共同帳戶證明，實在不知道還可以出具些什麽證明遞交，又找不到其他擔保人。不知道該怎麽辦了。
想問，今年二月賣了一套房，賣房款現於太太名下，這個可以算嗎？
