感謝你多年來一如既往的無償付出。我現在有幾個有關兄弟姐妹的移民問題需要你幫忙解答。兄弟姐妹移民排期是2007年1月27日, 人在中國。上個月A表排到。2019年10月份在簽證中心的網上繳費, 遞交D260, 上傳所有的公證文件。現在看到的狀態是accepted.現在沒有接到任何的通知。我們是不是要聯係簽證中心或者廣州的領事館啊？

-You may contact NVC for the status. But it is still normal.

我兄弟在2019年上傳的護照今年8月份會過期, 我們是否要通知簽證中心或廣州有關護照過期的事?

-Not need. Just apply for the passport renewal and then, bring the new passport for the interview later.

還有我侄兒今年11月份就滿21歲了, 如果都沒有通知的話, 我侄兒會不會因為超齡不能去麵簽?

-If the child filed DS 260 already, the CSPA age will be frozen and thus, he has no age-out problem anymore.

排期到後年齡會鎖定嗎？

-Yes if he has filed DS 260.

我們現在除了等還能做什麽嗎？
