It will take time

You will need to report to your first school's ISO and make sure your name is on SEVIS before you file petition for your F1 status. After you reported in, normally you cannot just transfer to another school right away. The first school will ask you at least to be a full time student to register for require class load for one semester before they can sign on your old I20 for transfer.
