朋友在美國讀博士，他父親病重，他非常惦念，急於回國探望。因怕回國後回不來美國。所以去墨西哥簽證。目前簽證是被審查的狀態，他想從加州這邊入境美國，今天去過邊境，被邊境人員拒絕入境了，他們要求他要等拿到了新的簽證再入境。

 

以前在等待的時候是可以回美國的。

朋友很擔心， 等拿到簽證或許要一個月，而且如果拿不到簽證就回不了美國了，隻能回中國了。請問８老師和壇裏有經驗的老師，這種情況該怎麽處理？謝謝先！

-He may talk to the visa officer who is in charge of the case or the officer's supervisor to see whether they can process the case faster because he needs to visit his father who has serious illness. Otherwise, he may just go back to China from Mexico and apply for the new visa in China because you don't know how long the visa will be approved in Mexico.
