朋友在美國讀博士，他父親病重，他非常惦念，急於回國探望。因怕回國後回不來美國。所以去墨西哥簽證。目前簽證是被審查的狀態，他想從加州這邊入境美國，今天去過邊境，被邊境人員拒絕入境了，他們要求他要等拿到了新的簽證再入境。
以前在等待的時候是可以回美國的。
