請教8老師：父母國內申請綠卡的護照回郵

8老師您好！

我父母上周在廣州申請綠卡已經順利通過了麵簽。我按照他們的要求在https://ustraveldocs.com/cn/index.htm  上麵已經注冊了護照回郵地址。但是我到今天為止在他們的護照追蹤係統裏都查不到任何信息（說是There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.）

請問這是怎麽回事呢？已經快一個星期了。
