我想問一個問題, 我之前因為L1b簽證到期一個月前搬到了加拿大但是還是同一個雇主,就是做的內部的transfer. 單位的計劃是讓我在加拿大工作一年再回去. 我的綠卡的priority date是2019年2月14日.我看已經快要排到我了. 我想問一下我如果在加拿大提交綠卡申請需要公司提供什麽材料. 如果我想在11個月之後再回美國的話是不是Eb-3的進度排到我了就可以讓公司提交申請還是要等到11個月後才能提交申請.
-Your company need to submit I-824 to USCIS to ask USCIS forward the approved I-140 to National Visa Center for process for you to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada. This process may take for one year or more.
Another choice is that you return to US to file I_485 when the proirity date is current, then apply for advance parole to travel to work in Canada. But you need to come back to US to conduct the figerprinting and interview.
