請問8老師， 在填N400表時，traffic violation 屬於crime嗎？

-No. The traffic ticket is citation (citied), not crime. So, you need to say "Yes" to Question 23 in Part 12 which is related to citation (i.e. you were cited), then fill the information in the table of Question 29. Not need to provide the copy of the ticket and the fine proof.
