我朋友近兩個月提交了opt延期 但因為北卡的暴風雪導致信件晚了一天到uscis 導致被拒了 現在已經重新找學校用cpt工作 請問還能不能去重新提交一次opt的延期申請呢 因為天氣原因導致快遞晚了……

-You had better contact the International Student Office in the school where you graduated from to see whether you are still qualified for it.
