-No. This form will be required when the priority date is current.
2. 一般130表多長時間會批下來呢？
-Normally 3 to 5 years for this kind of I-130, case by case (hard to predict).
隻看到visa bulletin, 沒有看到哪裏有130表的處理時間。我想用這個來估算CSPA age。
4. 我媽媽現在是綠卡，但是在美國沒有收入，這樣可以幫我哥哥申請嗎？
-Yes. But you need to be the joint sponsor.
未婚排期7年左右，那離異有娃算未婚嗎？-Yes.
