8老師，我給弟弟和弟妹辦了親屬移民，2010年批準等visa；可弟妹三年前去世，請問：1，如果弟弟一直鰥居，我們需要做什麽嗎？需要通知移民局（還是visa中心）嗎，如何通知啊 - 他們的電話一直無人接的？

-No. Do nothing.

2，如果弟弟再婚，我以及他需要做什麽，那個新弟妹可以一起過來嗎？

-Yes. When National Visa Center (NVC) contact you and send you the instructions for your brother's visa application when the priority date is current, just ask NVC to add your brother's new wife into the list (provide the copy of his prior wife death certificate and new marriage certificate), and ask NVC  send you the invoice for his new wife to pay the immigrant visa fee. That is all.
