請教8老師幾個問題，

1，給父母130準備材料的時候，我自己沒有醫院或官方的出生證，隻做了的出生公證，這個出生公證夠不夠？

-Fine.

2，給母親準備材料的時候，還需要父母的婚姻公證和親友關於婚姻的證明信嗎？如果不需要，擔心交多了反而容易引起混亂。

-Only need the copy of marriage ceritificate, not need 親友關於婚姻的證明信.

3，父母結婚的時候沒有結婚證，隻是在2013年補辦了一個新版的結婚證。托國內的親友辦婚姻公證的時候，沒辦結婚證公證，隻是辦了一個Marriage Registration Examination Form 和 Affidavit for Applying for Marriage Registration Afterwards的翻譯和公證，裏麵有舊的結婚日期和申請新版結婚證的日期。請問這個公證可以當作婚姻公證用嗎？

-Yes, as long as the marriage date is the old date (i.e. their marriage date was before your birth date), it will be fine.

4，如果父母以前來過美國，是不是必須得交護照，簽證和I-94？-No. If they are in US now, they just need to provide the latest I-94, passport and the visa stamp from the passport for I-485 filing. If they are in China to apply for immigrant visa, not need this kind of documents for I-130.
